Unless specifically stated otherwise, quotations remain subject to availability and may change before booking confirmation.

4. Tour Packages & Itineraries

Package descriptions, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation details, transportation arrangements, and other information are provided to help customers understand the proposed travel experience.

Actual arrangements may occasionally require reasonable changes due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions, hotel availability, transportation issues, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a material change becomes necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative where possible.

5. Pricing

Tour prices may vary based on travel dates, season, number of travellers, hotel category, room configuration, transportation, availability, and services included in the package.

Customers should review the final quotation or booking summary before making payment.

Any optional service, additional activity, upgrade, extended stay, additional transportation, or service not included in the confirmed package may involve an additional charge.

6. Booking Confirmation

A travel enquiry, itinerary request, or quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and verified and the applicable travel arrangements have been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the booking details and notifying us promptly if any information is incorrect.

7. Traveller Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveller information required for the booking.

This may include names, contact information, travel dates, number of travellers, age-related information where relevant, and other details reasonably required to arrange the requested services.

Swaraj Travellers will not be responsible for problems resulting directly from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Where a specifically proposed hotel becomes unavailable before confirmation or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, a comparable alternative may be offered where possible.

Hotel policies relating to check-in, check-out, identification, meals, extra beds, children, property usage, and other facilities are governed by the respective accommodation provider.

9. Transportation

Transportation may be arranged according to the confirmed itinerary and package.

Vehicle type, seating capacity, route, and transportation arrangements may depend on the number of travellers, destination, road conditions, local regulations, and package selected.

Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Payment Processing

Online payments made through our website may be processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway provider.

Available payment methods may include:

• Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Other payment methods supported by Razorpay

Swaraj Travellers does not directly store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms, security practices, and policies of Razorpay, relevant banks, and financial institutions.

11. Payment Confirmation

A payment will be considered successful only after its status has been properly verified.

A transaction appearing as initiated, pending, or merely debited from the customer's account does not necessarily mean that the booking payment has been successfully received.

Our records and verified payment information received from the payment gateway will be used to determine the final payment status.

If an amount has been debited but the transaction appears unsuccessful or pending, please contact us with the relevant transaction and booking details.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable package, travel date, cancellation date, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and other services already confirmed for the booking.

Certain hotels, tickets, permits, transportation services, promotional bookings, or other travel components may be partially or completely non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved, applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable service costs may be deducted.

13. Changes Requested by Customers

Requests to modify travel dates, destinations, hotels, traveller details, transportation, or other confirmed services are subject to availability.

Any additional cost resulting from a requested change must be paid by the customer before the revised arrangement is confirmed.

Some confirmed services may not permit modification or may involve cancellation or amendment charges imposed by the respective service provider.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking and traveller information
• Reviewing the confirmed itinerary and package details
• Arriving at scheduled pickup or departure points on time
• Carrying required identification and travel documents
• Following applicable hotel, transport, destination, and local rules
• Informing us about relevant special travel requirements in advance
• Behaving responsibly during the journey

Additional costs resulting from traveller delays, missed services, incorrect information, or failure to follow applicable requirements may be borne by the customer.

15. Travel Documents & Requirements

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any permits, documents, or authorizations required for their journey unless a specific document or permit service is expressly included in the confirmed package.

Requirements may vary depending on destination, traveller category, local regulations, and applicable government rules.

16. Third-Party Travel Services

Certain components of a tour may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, guides, ticketing providers, and other destination partners.

These providers may operate under their own terms, policies, schedules, availability, and operational conditions.

We coordinate such services as part of the confirmed travel arrangement but cannot control every independent action or operational decision of third-party providers.

17. Weather, Road Conditions & Force Majeure

Travel may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, landslides, floods, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, political disturbances, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, emergencies, or similar circumstances.

In such situations, itineraries, sightseeing, transportation, accommodation, or travel dates may need to be changed, postponed, or cancelled.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with practical alternatives where possible. Any refund or additional cost will depend on the circumstances and the policies of the relevant service providers.

18. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep package descriptions, prices, images, itineraries, destination information, and other website content accurate and current.

However, travel information, availability, seasonal conditions, hotel arrangements, and prices may change over time.

The final confirmed booking details will take precedence over general promotional or informational content displayed on the website where differences arise.

We may contact customers through telephone, email, WhatsApp, or other appropriate channels for enquiries, quotations, booking confirmations, payment information, itinerary updates, travel coordination, and customer support.

Unless otherwise stated, original website content including text, branding, graphics, designs, package content, and other materials belongs to or is lawfully used by Swaraj Travellers.
